You must update this information promptly. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if the information is inaccurate. Fraudulent transactions may result in immediate termination.

We may access, collect, disclose, and/or process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You must keep your payment information confidential and secure. You are liable for its use. Usolve is not liable for any unauthorised use by third parties.

Usolve will use the provided information for:

• Authentication and transaction record storage
• As a reference for future fee collection

You agree not to:

• Harvest or collect information about other users
• Use the Services to collect or store personal data for illegal activities
• Disclose another individual's personal information without right

The Services allow you to purchase digital content, such as gift codes and app/game credits, from us or third-party publishers (“Publishers”) via https://usolveplay.com or through Publishers’ sites. Payment can be made via:

• Redeeming mobile credits
• Adding the value to your postpaid mobile bill
• Other payment options like e-wallets or credit cards

Purchases are either:

• You buy codes directly from Publishers, and we facilitate the payment; or
• Usolve resells the codes directly to you

To pay, you must have a valid mobile phone account or eligible payment instrument.

Publishers are solely responsible for redeeming the codes and providing the relevant goods or services.

All electronic records on our website are owned by us.

You consent to us transferring your personal data to another hardware or cloud location if necessary.

You must access the Service legally. Illegal access or attacks will result in service termination.

For questions about orders, you must provide proof of transaction for verification.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Usolve, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or costs arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Usolve will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any transactions.

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Usolve is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its control.

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it could first be filed.

The Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Usolve has no control over the quality, safety, or legality of any good or service provided by a Publisher.

Reporting Issues with Publisher: Publishers are solely responsible for redeeming codes. We disclaim liability for your use or redemption of any codes. We may facilitate dispute resolution but have no obligation to resolve disputes to your satisfaction.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice for suspected fraud, breach of terms, or other improper conduct.

The availability of the Services depends on our service providers' networks and systems. We are not liable for any delays, interruptions, or disruptions.

If dissatisfied with any codes purchased, or if charged in error, contact:

• UsolvePlay, for purchases made on UsolvePlay; or
• The Publisher, for all other transactions

If unable to resolve with the Publisher, you may file a complaint with us. Do not make false statements. We will investigate but resolution is at our sole discretion.

Links to third-party sites may lead you away from our sites. You access them at your own risk. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may provide notices electronically, which satisfy legal requirements for written communication.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes and charges on purchases.

Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.

References to goods or services on our sites do not constitute endorsement by Usolve.

We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

We take reasonable security steps but cannot guarantee absolute security. You transmit information at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written approval. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time.

The English version of these Terms prevails over any translated version.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Usolve.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

This terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HongKong, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the HongKong.

Disputes shall be resolved amicably, or finally by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). The seat of arbitration is Hong Kong, with one arbitrator, and proceedings in English.
